Robert's Recipes - Cherry Ripe Slice

Ingredients

Tray(s) with prebaked sweet pastry
500gms glace cherries
400gms condensed milk
500gms coconut
300gms melted copha
150gms grated chocolate

Topping: melted chocolate

Method

Combine all ingredients and push into trays
Paint with melted chocolate THEN refrigerate
Slice when set.

These quantities fill a tray measuring 30cmx40cm approx 48 slices. (2 sandwich trays)
