Robert's Recipes - Christmas Shortbread
Ingredients
500g
Butter
220g
Sugar
Vanilla Essence
3 Eggs
580g
Self Raising Flour
150g
Plain Flour
100g
Arrowroot
Method
Cream Butter & Sugar using a Paddle on your mixmaster at High speed. Add eggs
slowly. Combine all ingredients at Low speed for 2 Minutes.
Roll
out dough, cut shapes and sprinkle with sugar. Place in an oven at 160 degrees
fan forced for 10 Minutes.
Variation: When they are finished you can dip them in melted chocolate and place
on a grease proof sheet of paper and place in the kitchen until cooled.
