2002 Family News Update
17 December 2002
A very busy year this year as we moved our operations upstairs in our shed and
installed a new phone and computer system in the office.
Robert and Jenny had their second child, a girl Jessica Rose on the 9th of
February?14 days late and she still had to be coaxed out! She was a big girl
once she finally arrived?all 8lb 11oz of her, and she was about 21 inches long.
Joshua still holds the record by four ounces!
Jessica is a lovely baby and very easy to get to sleep and eat. She is full of
smiles for everyone and is well settled.
Joshua turns 3 on 21st December. His favourite things are, of course, trains,
buses, and trucks. Bruce and Robert no longer have their own coaches, because
anything with wheels at our place belongs to Joshua! He got a fire truck for his
birthday last year, and will be getting a new slippery dip this year as he wore
the old one out. He enjoys playing with his little sister "Jeckissa".
Bruce and Elaine have settled into their new house, just up the hill from Jenny
and Robert. We all enjoyed helping them use their pool over summer?handy!
Jason and Melanie are going well and still living in Canberra. Jason is working
for the ACT Government Service and Melanie is working for the Minerals Council
of Australia.
