Third New Mercedes Benz Coach Arrives

The coach has a great array of features, including ducted vacuuming system, and lots of cupboard space around the guide's seat. Jenny asked for a desk and a little light so she can keep up with some of the paperwork that is now required in the industry!

The coach features a mural of Christchurch Cathedral at Newcastle, and was painted by John Elliott of Prickle Patch Signs in Nambucca.

The coach's number plate is NHT002, and was named after the explorer Matthew Flinders. Jenny thought this was appropriate, as Matthew Flinders married his wife, and then two months later went on a boat cruise which lasted ten years. Jenny thinks this is pretty close to what happened to her!!!!! Matthew Flinders also charted much of the Southern Coast of Australia, including the Yorke Peninsula, where Jenny's mother came from.
