The Illawarra Fly Treetop walk is one of Australia’s premier rainforest experiences. This unique experience can be enjoyed by guests of all ages and is suitable for all levels of mobility.
The 1500m walk is set atop of the Illawarra escarpment at Knights Hill. It features a 500m long, elevated walkway that allows our guests to not only experience the rainforest from above, but also showcases panoramic views of the Illawarra region and the Tasman Sea. Spectacular scenery is also experienced from the crest of the walk ways spiralling tower, 45m above the forest floor and 700m above sea level.
After you have enjoyed walking in the canopy of the treetops, visitors can return to the Visitors’ Centre via a leisurely stroll or take advantage of our complimentary Courtesy Cart.
