Ingredients
250gms butter
225gms icing sugar
300gms self raising flour
150gms crushed cornflakes
20gms cocoa
25gms shredded coconut
Icing: 190gms Icing sugar (blue)
65gms butter
7-8 mls hot water
pink colouring as desired
your choice of nuts, cherries, coconut, sprinkles to decorate
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar
Add all dry ingredients and mix on Low
Fashion into rock shapes and place on a greased baking tray
Bake at 150 degrees for 14 minutes in a fan forced oven.
Allow to cool then ice and decorate as desired
Icing: cream butter and icing sugar well add remaining ingredients till desired constancy is obtained.
