Robert's Recipes - Peanut Butter Biscuit

Ingredients

250gms butter
200gms peanut butter
175gms brown sugar
175gms sugar
2 eggs
500gms plain flour
9gms bi-carb soda
9gms baking powder
175gms grated choc bits
125mls milk

Method

Cream butters
Add sugars and continue to cream
Add eggs slowly
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
Add choc bits
Place walnut sized amounts of mix on a greased baking tray

Bake at 165 degrees for 14 minutes in a fan forced oven
